This is a body practice and has various styles. It is a great method to bring body back into proper alignment and suits every body-type and age, varying from 5yrs to 90yrs and onwards.

Food – Eat healthy! My diet comprises of mostly veggies, fruits and greens, it makes me feel fresh and active throughout the day.

Breathe well! helps in relaxing & better metabolism.

Rise and sleep with the sun! This helps in restoring sleep cycle giving your physiology a chance of maximum efficiency. Sleeping for 6-8 hrs gives the body enough time to rest, repair, restore and rejuvenate fully. On this note, pillows, bed, and blankets are my favorite place in the universe 🙂

Idolize a fitness personality! It is no hidden fact that celebrities and sports personalities work very hard to stay healthy.
All the above points to clarity and integrity towards becoming healthier, raising metabolism which in-turn restores the body eventually with time.
Don’ts
•Bad eating habits! Food is very important, make it healthy and make sure you don’t starve anytime. Crash diets need to be avoided at all times – make small changes to your food consumption and observe the changes in your body.

•Impatience! As humans we tend to look for quick results and often use unrealistic timelines to achieve goals. We need to keep in mind that when it comes to our body, there is no competition. Practice ‘ahimsa’ to the body respecting the fact that every body type has different composition and is affected in a different way.

•Don’t give up! – It is like brushing the teeth – we cannot brush for 30 days and stop abruptly. As we brush every day for a lifetime of glittering teeth, our body’s machinery needs daily upkeep for its lifelong efficiency. So my mantra is practice and stays disciplined!
